The purpose of the conference is to contribute to informing scientists and practitioners about the most promising areas of research and achievements in the field of nature management.

Requirements for articles

Conference proceedings will be published in the collection of the publishing house BIO Web of Conferences, Indexing - SCOPUS, Q4.

Article template

Scientific articles that correspond to the specialization of the conference and have scientific novelty are accepted for publication. It is not allowed to send to the organizing committee already published articles or articles sent for publication in other publications.

Together with the article, the REGISTRATION FORM is sent to the Organizing Committee.

Article structure

The following sections should be highlighted:

  1. Introduction;
  2. Materials and Methods;
  3. Results and Discussion;
  4. Conclusion;
  5. Acknowledgements (optional).

The above sections are mandatory. Within these sections, subparagraphs can be highlighted and named at the discretion of the authors.

The results presented in the article should be formulated in the form of scientific provisions that clearly define the essence of the contribution to science.

The procedure for accepting materials for publication

Before sending an article for translation, you need to send the original material in Russian to the organizing committee. We strongly recommend that you do not translate the article before the end of the review procedure, since in most cases, after it, adjustments are made to the work.

Articles work in the following way:

  1. Article Registration
  2. Check for uniqueness (originality)
  3. Peer review
  4. Conclusion of an agreement on the registration fee
  5. Sending confirmation of acceptance of the article for publication

When the status of an article changes, a message is sent to the corresponding author. A positive result of the check for uniqueness (anti-plagiarism) is received by articles with originality of 75% or more. When reviewing, the compliance of the article with the requirements for publication and the subject of the conference, the relevance of the research are assessed.

Articles are published only in English. The article should be written in a language understandable to a specialist in the relevant field. Compliance of the English translation with the requirements is carried out by native speakers and professional translators.

Scientific articles (reports) must contain:

      • title;
      • information about the authors (surname with initials; place of work, city, country; email address);
      • abstract in the amount of 100 to 150 words;
      • list of references (minimum number - 8 references in addition to self-citations, references to Scopus, Web of Science publications are required).

References to the sources used should be placed in the order of mention in the text in the format [1], [2-6], [3, 5, 7]. Do not link to unpublished articles.

The volume of the article: 5-6 full pages (font size 10 pt, single spacing).

The number of articles that an author can publish in a collection is no more than two.

The number of authors in one article is no more than five.

The amount of the registration fee is 11,000 rubles (for 1 article in the collection of conference materials).

Translation service (if necessary) - 650 rubles per 1 conditional page (1800 characters with spaces).

Editing service (if necessary) - 2000 rubles for 1 article (if you cannot arrange an article according to the requirements of the template, you can issue this service).

Payment of the registration fee must be made only after the conclusion of the contract for the organization of publication. Please note that if the registration fee is not received by the due date, your report will not be published.

Dear colleagues, we urge you to make sure that all the materials (articles) that you send to the organizing committee of the conference have not been previously published in any publications.

Editorial policy

Organizing committee of the conference is committed to the highest standards of publishing integrity and academic honesty.

Serious misconduct (for example, data fabrication, falsification or plagiarism) is taken seriously and will be investigated further. If misconduct is proven, sanctions will be applied (exclusion from proceedings).

Before sending for publication, Organizing committee of the conference will review papers/work/articles/materials using the powerful text comparison tool. This procedure aims to prevent scholarly and professional plagiarism.

  • Requirements
    • Authors are expected to pursue objectiveness and rigour in all aspects of their work.
    • Authors are obligated to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
    • The list of authors should accurately reflect those involved in the work.
    • Organizing committee of the conference only considers work that has not been published and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
    • Editors, authors and peer reviewers must disclose interests that might appear to affect their ability to present or review data objectively.

Editors of the proceedings (who are members of the organizing committee) are responsible for the editorial decisions and editorial processes.

    • The editors of the proceedings are committed to ensuring the quality of the publication and to ensuring that the reported information is ethical, accurate and relevant.
    • They have full independence and are not dictated to or influenced by any factors (political, commercial, etc.). Their decision to accept or reject a paper for publication is based only on the merits of the work, scientific component and the relevance.
    • If errors are found, the editors should encourage publication of corrections or retraction.
  • Peer Review

All published articles are peer reviewed.
